Winter Wonderland

I've been couped up in the house for five days in a row! I think this is some kind of record for me, as I don't remember the last time I stayed home without getting out to go to the store or something. But anyways, I had nothing better to do Wednesday after we got our 6" of snow, so I decided to go out and get pictures. Enjoy!

My tubs and shower, that is. Michel and his dad had to take out the back door in order to get them in to the house, but they are in there. They all need to be put into their rightful places and set, but at least they are on site. Yippee!!! Can't wait to try out that whirlpool! ;)

A little bit of progress

Last weekend Michel and Gary got some drywall up in the mechanical room. This weekend they finished building the walls for the half bath upstairs. We still have some insulation to finish downstairs in the ceiling, some wiring in the Master bath and closet, some duct work in the back of the house and all of that upstairs too before we can really start to put up the drywall.

I have gotten a cabinet estimate and am still waiting to hear back from a couple of others about estimates. At least the cabinet maker will have plenty of time to get them built. ;)

Do you know how hard it is to type without the use of your left pointer finger? At least it isn't my mouse finger. LOL!
